The content is sufficient for two 5-liter jars. Boil 4.5 liters of water. Pour the content of the bag into the boiling water and boil together for a few minutes. Let it cool, then add 4 dl of 20% vinegar. Stir several times.

Pour the cooled brine over the cucumbers, making sure the spices are evenly distributed between them. Then seal the jars with damp cellophane.

Hot Peppers: Follow the same process as with cucumbers, but do not add sugar.

Cabbage Stuffed Peppers: Remove the seeds from the peppers (cecei or bogyiszloi) and stuff them with slightly salted, cumin-seeded, finely chopped fresh cabbage.
